tool tire sizes for tires and wheels

I use it to change tires on my truck. It's a little wide for under 29" tires but still works. Everything works fine on my 34 x 11.50 tires.

Pros
  • this is amazing
Cons
  • not reliable

No assembly aid, best found in Tools & Equipment

This is for moving wheels with rims. This is a doll. This is not for attaching the wheel to the vehicle. This might work on a small machine, but not on my 2015 Tacoma.

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Makes turning SuperDuty tires easier

Suitable for removing, installing, moving and positioning tires. It takes a few tires to master its use, not difficult. As others say, a real life saver for your back. I wish I had found this 40 years ago!

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Working speed

Back saver for tools and gear

I like to do a lot of mechanical repairs, and turning 60 degrees made lifting the off-road wheels a real challenge. This doll is the answer. The low profile makes it easy to pack away. I wish I had bought this many years ago.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Good, but not great

The right idea, just too far-fetched.

Used on my truck tires. Handle bends when attempting to lift the tire back onto the rim. The cap on the handle falls off and the wheels are too small for asphalt. It handles tires well on concrete and the tire rollers work well, but it's not for the big 11 x 22.5 trailer tires.

Pros
  • Multiple Competitors
Cons
  • Many Items

Mandatory for truck tires

I change tires, studs to summer tires and back on my F350 twice a year. This is not the easiest task. With this trolley, the task was almost fun. Loosen the cleats, raise the jack, roll the dolly under the tire, remove the lug nuts, lift the dolly and simply roll the tire off the hub. Roll the tire, roll the spare in front of the hub, slide the dolly around it, lift the handle on the dolly and roll it into position. If the lugs don't line up, simply rotate the tire clockwise or counterclockwise

  • New
Cons
  • Damaged

Makes changing tires much easier

I noticed that after I put on 3 sets of winter tires last fall. Changing tires is not technically difficult at all, but I find it increasingly overwhelming. I was looking for a device that would make removing and installing tires on my three mid-size SUV cars a little easier. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. When removing, I sometimes noticed that the wheels were stuck on the hub. You can use this to rock the wheel, making it much easier to take it off. Installing the wheels is a…

Pros
  • Durable coating
Cons
  • Can be retrofitted
