Great buy! I would recommend it. They look even better live. But the way they were packaged deserves a separate award. When I saw that they had made it all the way to Canada from amazon.com in the original packaging, I was concerned. But when I opened them I was amazed: they are very well packaged, very effective and very functional. The seller/manufacturer packed them carefully. A++++

I bought the black version. I really love the design of these mugs but had to return them because the quality just isn't up to par for espresso which is meant to be a fancy artisanal experience. The metal frame looks like brass in the photos but is actually cheap metal with a thick, metallic color. The cups have manufacturing defects, the base was not perfectly round and the black pottery had tiny white holes from bubbles in the glaze. This is "Made in China" quality, not "Premium" or "Elegant"

This is the perfect cup and saucer tea set that an Indian home needs. The cups are wide at the bottom and narrower towards the edge, making them stable on any surface. It also keeps tea/coffee hot longer than conventional wide-rimmed cups. The saucer is flat and designed to hold the cup perfectly. Definitely a charming set. Everything is as advertised, but less than I expected. I have a Nespresso machine, which I prefer to use to make coffee than espresso. It's still not as big as a regular cup of coffee, but certainly not as small as an espresso. I wanted the set to match.
