It shines best in coffee makers

We bought this first and didn't like how shiny the copper was. It really is very bright compared to the pictures on Crate and Barrel where I first saw this line of products. We sent it back and opted for a different model. The photos on the website here, albeit on Amazon, are exactly how it looks in real life.

Nearly perfect. in French presses

The coffee filtration is excellent and we get a really tasty, smooth cup of coffee. My only (minor) gripe is that it's impossible to know where the fill hole is without fumbling under the (unplugged) lid. The rest is great. This requires significant downward pressure when pushing, so I suggest holding the pot with your other hand.

The best coffee ever! suitable for coffee, tea and espresso

I love this french press. When he says there is no sand, it means there is. I've used a few of them and this is by far the best I've had. The filtration system works great and is surprisingly easy to clean. Filters are easy to separate and easy to wash out. The only thing that seems to break is the connection to the filters. Feels a bit loose and may wear out over time. I can't imagine looking at another French Press!

Great coffee, unground

I've used many types of coffee makers under $100: pour over, french press, etc. This model is characterized by a double filter. No fat man goes through. It also has handy markings to ensure you fill in the correct level of water - something our earlier French presses sadly lacked. It cleans up easily with a conditioner and I let it dry. I dry the stainless steel with a soft cloth to keep it shiny and to avoid water spots.

Well it did not release any sediment :'(

I was very pleased that this press left sediment from my cup which I paid the price of $80 just to fund it, let's have the same mud as $5 a press you can find anywhere Also, if I'm making coffee just for myself I have to use extra water and coffee because the filter leaves a lot of the product unfiltered...and when I measure a full cup I only get half, very disappointed and definitely not worth the $80.

Misleading performance

This machine is beautiful and makes great coffee. But I bought a 32 ounce block and I can't use it. He is too big. The product page and manufacturer's website are not clear on this important point: 32 ounces is the MINIMUM drink size. The maximum brew size is 54 oz. I just can't drink that much coffee in the morning. I'm not coming back This comes in handy if I ever need to make coffee for a crowd. It should be noted that I had no trouble removing the stickers from the product packaging, which…

French Press Cleaning Nightmare

I received my Espro French Press this morning. I buy many things online. I will definitely say this was the hardest cleaning product I have ever ordered. I literally spent the better part of an hour trying to get this horrible glue off the glass. I've used hot water, goop off, 4 different scouring pads to remove heavy grease and stains and nothing worked. They just move the glue to a different area. I soak it for the fourth time hoping enough glue has now been removed to actually use it. What a
