Overall the case is good, matte/smooth on the front and more plasticky/hard on the back. My iPad Air 4 fits perfectly and securely, as does the Apple Pencil 2 (it charges) but if you buy a case for your pen it doesn't fit and instead sits on top of the magnetic opening. When I wasn't 100% happy with my latest ESR cap I decided to try another. This one seems worse. I got it because it had a sleep/wake function. Which basically works. But the volume buttons are covered, making them difficult to press (no problem with the other one I have). When I adjust the grip of the iPad near the Apple Pencil, the back cover begins to flex as if about to fall off. The back fits well but it would be better if it was more rigid. ESR is a good and affordable brand. The case was really good. Well suited for iPad. Dark blue color corresponds to the picture on the web. The Apple Pencil also fits snugly against the body. Unfortunately, I personally had trouble getting the pen out. If you have big hands, this can also be a problem for you. If you have small hands, then everything is fine. My girlfriend had no problem getting her pencil out easily lol. Overall, a good, affordable iPad case.

The case weighs almost the same as the iPad Air 4. With the case on, the iPad feels heavier and stronger. Great buy for the price.

Very impressed with this very cheap but seemingly well made case. It has a wake up/sleep function and a secure slot for an Apple Pencil 2 which also charges. I bought it as a temporary case for my iPad Air 4 to later get another, supposedly better but more expensive one. Given how good the case is, I won't look any better.
