I've had at least a dozen iPad cases over the years and this is the best value case/case I've ever owned. I've paid over $50 in the past for very similar "smart" folio cases (which "sleep" and "wake up" your iPad when you open it, like this case). The $170 Logitech Keyboard Flip Case with trackpad, which is excellent, but I don't always want to bother with the weight, extra bulk, or exposed buttons/trackpad when it's in the "regular" iPad mode. usage configuration is folded around the back). The ESR case is the perfect "simple" smart folio case - excellent drop protection from all directions; free access to USB-C, speaker, volume button, camera and fingerprint reader; comfortable non-slip grip surface; internal Apple Pencil slot for magnetic attachment to the iPad; and the front cover folds easily around the back to form a solid horizontal stand for watching videos. There's nothing I don't like about this case and EVERY other case I've had has had at least ONE bug! In fact, I order a second one in a different color from Seventeen Bucks for no reason; I bought the green one to differentiate my new iPad from all the other gadgets I have here - it's not like I NEED a backup but at this price I could have one! This is the most recommended iPad case I've ever owned or tried - and I'm very hard to please! Don't waste time searching - just select a color and add it to your basket (and no, I don't receive any benefits from Revain or the supplier - this is a 100% unsolicited review/recommendation!)
