I am a regular customer. Great product and customer service! (I lost half my eyebrows in my 30's due to thyroid disease) so I'm ALWAYS on the lookout for a good eyebrow waxing product. If I apply this product daily, the second half of each eyebrow will grow back; and I don't have to try to shape an eyebrow with makeup, it's not there! One more note. (I even tried another formula after my first order and that 'other' didn't work at all and was more expensive, with less product that didn't work!)

I've been using this for a long time. I used to order it from another source. But the same. So don't expect miracles in a week, ladies. I know some reviews say they've seen results quickly and if they've benefited, that's amazing. I mean that all people are different and react differently to things. But in general, you should be patient and see noticeable results a few months after the first application. Took me 2-3 to REALLY notice. I noticed good improvements early on and had no side effects,

Applicator broke before serum ran out. But more importantly, the seller offered a gift card if I gave them a 5 star rating. The product does not deserve 5 stars, so I disagree with this practice by giving it one star. This tactic undoubtedly skews valuations.

I had almost no eyebrows and my eyelashes started to thin. This serum, applied twice a day for several weeks, has brought my lashes back to normal. I was a bit skeptical about this product as it was one of the cheapest options I found but gave it a try anyway. It took a lot longer than 3-4 weeks to see noticeable changes but I'm very happy with how they look now. I would say it took about 2.5 to 3 months for my lashes to be like the picture after each night. This makes my eyelid a deep pink/purple just above my lash line, but it looks more like I have eyeshadow on it than anything else. I've used it on lashes and brows and it seems to work

Too bad I bought it earlier. Sometimes I use mascara and eyebrow pencil, but every time I do it I have the impression that my eyelashes and eyebrows are thinning. I was afraid these serums wouldn't work, so I played for time. Eventually the bandage on my eyebrow got too bad to ignore. I've only been using it for two weeks, but I can already see a difference! I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with this product. Will definitely be repurchasing in the future.

I've tried quite a few eyelash growth serums and I have to say this is the absolute first brand I've actually seen growth in less than a week of using it! I have short lashes so any growth is quite noticeable. I only use it on my upper lashes and even my lower lashes seem longer. Highly recommended!
