I used watercolor cards from another company and they were made of cellulose. I was very discouraged because watercolor was very difficult to work with. I ordered them and because they are cotton they can be used a lot in watercolor. Very beautiful. I presented one of my watercolor postcards at an art exhibition.

I like the size 4x6. 100% cotton is great. This paper is suitable for both ink painting and watercolor painting. I'm still on my first batch but will definitely be ordering more if needed. NOT acid free. I used a PH pen (Lineco) and I'd rate it an acidity of 6.8 or higher, but those are just fun ways to create a postcard. They may change color of the media, yellow and become brittle over time as they are NOT archival. There are cheaper options for watercolor paper for postcards. This is the hot press version I bought. I'll keep them, but they're not all, definitely not worth the sky-high price. They are 100% cotton although they have been examined under a microscope.
