Been using it for a week now. This is a very good USB to Ethernet adapter. I have full internet speed with this device (up and download 400 MB/s - AT&T fiber). It doesn't get too hot when plugged in, while my brand's other USB-C to Ethernet adapters get hot quickly. So happy with this purchase.

Most USB-C adapters I've used won't snap into place. They may wobble and turn off without warning if the laptop is shaken or even if the cable is being pushed around by other objects. But this device snaps in like an Apple-branded adapter. It's fixed, it doesn't move. This is exactly what I was looking for!

I bought this specifically for Macbook Pro. It works as expected. At first, the USB-C connection seemed a bit tricky. After some back and forth, everything is now running smoothly. Atypically, this device does not have flashing lights to indicate that data is actually being transmitted. This is what I'm used to from other devices, but it doesn't bother me. Item is a bit bulky, not unobtrusive like others I've seen. Bottom line, it works as it should.

Has a heavy duty metal body and works with most of my devices. However, my phone didn't work properly because the manufacturer doesn't support it. So be sure to check your device before you buy it. So far I've used it to access the internet, but it can actually be a great way to transfer data over a network (haven't tried it yet). FORMER.
