These are great if you need to carry a cable when traveling. They are wound very little and transmit the signal well without any degradation. I don't know how they perform in high EMI environments, but for typical office scenarios they should be fine. I also think they are good for connecting from a hub to devices where you want to tuck the cord between the baseboard and the carpet.
