Should have made the laces thinner and less puffy but they are 100% stronger than these. Otherwise great shoes so far. A bit pricey but I like the lacing.

It definitely doesn't show in the pictures because they don't show that these are winter shoes rather than summer shoes. But anyway I still love them because I can wear them in winter. They have a 3M liner that helps in winter and I'm very impressed with that.

These nice little shoes came to me from Germany to warm my feet. My old canvas shoes kept me wet in winter. Could have used a little more padding on the upper. But I'll try another pair of socks and wear them a little longer before I complain too much about the toe pain. Besides, they look good.
