I bought this for a friend who likes it but I use and prefer that the mop is separate from the washing machine so 4 stars. That's fine for small jobs, but check out Ettore's other window cleaners, including buckets. I use this brand! Good quality!

This window cleaner works well but does not fit in the Ettore 85000 bucket. A mop will fit but a mop will not as it is longer than a mop. It is difficult to wash the window inside the window trim because the metal wiper hits the trim and scratches the wood. Not sure why they aren't the same length so they fit in a bucket and don't scratch the window frame.

This is a high quality tool. Very solidly built. It holds a huge amount of water. Ideal for really hot sunny days when the windows heat up. One caveat is that if you're doing pole work on lots of windows in a row over 20 feet, it's a bit difficult to control when loaded with water due to the weight.

I received this product and the concept is very simple, you just press a button and the mop can be hooked in two different ways. That's the kind of technique I don't like. When you add a stick, the base block (cleaning stick) adheres to the stick with friction. It does not use a bar locking system. If you attach the cleaning rod to the pole and then try to attach the scraper, it also doesn't snap into place like it should. You can't attach everything to the pole while the cleaning stick and…
