I'm not sure if this charger or the back of the Sense needs a better cleaning, but for the most part it says slow charging. I charge it overnight so I don't care. Usually fully charged in a few hours.

They are indistinguishable from factory cables to the point where it doesn't matter anymore. You know you're going to lose the ONE cable, so you can buy these two sets to keep one in your suitcase.

My old Fitbit charger isn't working anymore. I needed something fast to replace my old charger and save my data. This charger works great. And just like the old one, it gives my Fitbit life to stay mobile.

The cable length is significantly longer than the original Versa 3 Fitbit product. I like it because I can put my Fitbit on my bedside table while it's charging. Also, I recommend having extra chargers on hand. I leave one in the car and one in my work bag.

The first thing I got right away was a "slow loading" warning. I didn't particularly care that it took a couple of hours to charge, but if you're expecting a 30-minute charge, that doesn't get you there. Second, as you saw in my title, 57 days elapsed between charges. I honestly don't recommend these.

I bought 2 packs of these Fitbit Sense chargers. One of them works fine most of the time. Sometimes a working charger gives me a message that the watch is charging slowly and I should switch outlets. I got this message with multiple outlets and multiple adapters and still get this message occasionally. Another charger doesn't work at all and came with deformed electrodes. In the photo above is a semi-working charger, below is a warped charger.

It's been a month with this charger and it's melted. Ruined my band and my $250 Fitbit Sense. I was offered a $10 credit and refund from Revain for the bracelet and charger. I never received the $10 credit or refund for the charger. I contacted the seller who provided me with specific specifications that the charger should be used with.
