It's been a month with this charger and it's melted. Ruined my band and my $250 Fitbit Sense. I was offered a $10 credit and refund from Revain for the bracelet and charger. I never received the $10 credit or refund for the charger. I contacted the seller who provided me with specific specifications that the charger should be used with. There were no instructions anywhere in the box. They thought it was my fault for not using the correct USB box with it. However, they offered to replace my Fitbit Sense with a new one for $200. Luckily we caught him before a big fire broke out in our house. Do yourself a favor and buy a Fitbit branded charger! I am giving one star for the courtesy of the company addressing this issue.
