This item was originally too cheap. So after only two months I had to replace it in the first place! I love the vacuum cleaner but this part is too cheap

This part is clearly designed to fail. I have to replace it at least once a month on my 11s. Eufy can slightly upgrade the brush guard to make it less brittle, but they don't. This will eventually encourage me to try another brand. Yufi: Please stop the chatter and emails, focus on doing the best details.

This part wears out very quickly, mainly because of the soft rubber cover on it. I hate the thought of all that plastic stuff going to the trash because it's a badly made piece. Please, Yufi, do better. I don't know if the broken part affected my vacuum's efficiency, but I refuse to replace this part every month.

being an OEM replacement that is also affordable. It's been over a year since we've owned our 30C so this part looked worn. For the price I didn't have to wait for a replacement. The only improvement would be to add this to a kit (like the 30C Max) that includes this lid, brushes, roller and filter. But I bought the filter, brush and roller separately.

We have had our two Eufy 30C vacuum robots for over a year. It still works great. We replace each part according to the manufacturer's recommendations. This means that we replace the brush guard every 3 months. With premium shipping, $18 for two brush guards every three months isn't prohibitive. Definitely recommend.

Let's start with the positives, this is the easiest replacement part to remove and reinstall. But the flexible black stripe looks very fragile. Management's 3-6 month estimate is overly optimistic; I'm on my third in eight months so it's barely three months if that. And finally, now that I've just put in the last spare part, I can't even order a new one because it's out of stock. Dissatisfied.

I agree with some of the other reviewers. This part should take longer than it is. After about 1-2 months, a piece of rubber comes off and after that the vacuum cleaner hardly works. It will travel right through the shit in the kitchen without picking it up. What I really want to see are 10 packs of these rubber parts (for about $10) that I can install in my brush guard. Blue plastic is ok. This is Eufy's Achilles heel!
