Exactly as described and perfect for replacing valves and caps. The lid is beautifully finished, the valve is easy to open so the vacuum cleaner can be pushed into the wall. We have the white one and it looks nice and clean where the old one fell apart. We are happy to know that we can now replace all the old valves and modernize the house,

Bought because I forgot to replace one. It is defective and there is no way to return it to a working one. I installed it but the vacuum cleaner won't start. It turns out that the connection is not working. I have five others that I have installed that work. I've even tested the ones that work, but this one is broken. You cannot return it. NOT clearly stated about Revain!

My vacuum hose will not fully connect to the two pins in the inlet. I assume this is because my tubing doesn't go into this outlet like it did in the original jet outlet. I don't know if this is just an issue with the two I ordered and they don't match in production, or if it's due to the way the outlet itself is made and the fittings are too far inside the inlet to establish a complete connection. .
