Great Replacement: Vacuum Cleaner Parts & Accessories

I have used this on a Beam central vacuum and it has worked great. It appears to be a common circuit board for several different central vacuums.

Pros
  • Household & Kitchen
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Central vacuum cleaner Fix my Beam πŸ‘

Central vacuum cleaner Fix my Beam. My issue was that he tuned in and worked for about 3 hours while we were gone - cheers! I checked the wall panel on the hose connector, the switch on the hose, the switch on the main unit - nothing went off and I had to turn it off. He then began testing the main unit components and found that it was this circuit board that was faulty. Ordered, installed when it arrived and has been working great for a few months now.

Pros
  • Vacuum cleaner and floor care
Cons
  • Weight

All of this is controlled by the mothership. I mean motherboard.

My 15 or 20 year old Beam central vacuum was turned on manually but not via the hose switch. Low voltage circuitry comes from the control board. So I bought this. The Eureka part has the same part number as the beam controller. It only took a few minutes to remove the old board, and this is important - strip the wires from the old board and connect them to the new board, one wire at a time, to identical pins on the new board. Now everything is in order.

Pros
  • Parts for installing a central vacuum
Cons
  • I don't remember
