I have a red pair of these 16 ounce picks. the gloves are about a year and a half old and i like them a lot, i ordered some black ones and they are definitely smaller, unfortunately i can't use them.

I really wanted this glove to work because I like the classic style but the size is too small I am 5 years old"8" and my hands are a bit big but not huge and they didn't even fit in my hands even though I got the largest (16oz) so I had to return them, returns were easy.

I especially love the wide straps! After about a month of use twice a week (Parkinson box - blow on the sack) no signs of wear so far. Excellent ventilation in the palm area. I still got Parkinson's very early so I can still hit the sack hard enough for my weight and limited boxing experience (this is my first experience). My only other glove experience has been with ProForce gloves. The fit is almost identical and I can feel a definite difference in the padding.

Very good gloves for the price. When I first started using them they were pretty tight and my arms are just slightly larger than average. But they fit the ankles very well. However, I would recommend that you wear wrist wraps with these gloves as there isn't too much wrist protection at the actual bend of the wrist. And you need help putting on gloves with bandages around your wrists. Eventually, foam will start to form around your hands. But overall a great pair of gloves, very good sparring…
