The features that I like best about this software are how easy it makes scheduling, payrolls and reports for all our stores to be able to view from one centralized location. As far as anything else goes there are not many cons but nothing big enough to mention either. It does what we need for now until something better comes along. It's simple to use, easy for my staff members as well! Nothing much I dislike about this product so far!! The customer support that they provide at every level of their business helps ensure no issues arise with using our software system which makes it very user friendly in all aspects. Definitely recommend giving these guys your time if you are looking into any kind off work force automation/management or payroll programs because there definitely will be savings found here when comparing cost
