I really like this polisher. I have granite floors throughout the house. I have a good mop but it wasn't easy to make the floors shine. After 1 use of this machine my floors are shiny!

I know the refund period has passed but I felt it necessary to let the manufacturer know that this product does not do what what it's supposed to. Whenever I tried replacing the various cleaning pads, they always fell off when the product was spun. I can't even give this mop to friends or neighbors when they hear there's a lot of trouble. I can't remember a time when I was so disappointed with a product.

I have had this unit for 2 months and love it, I have a Renndeck resin floor in my garage and I get all sorts of stains or chemicals and grease. This scrubber gets right to the places I want to scrub and clean. I spray a degreaser and enjoy standing and rubbing the stain or stains I need to clean up. I then use my bissell Crosswave 2 to continue scrubbing and vacuuming up any dirty liquids. What a nice clean garage floor!
