Great Customer Service Software and Contact Management

I love that this software allows me to contact customers who are not even in my database with ease! It is very helpful for contacting new contacts as well when you don't have your Rolodex filled out yet!! The only thing it does bad at now days would be if people were just "dumping" their numbers onto other companies like myself so they can get away from them easily but that never happens anymore because of all these great services we offer. That being said i do use some features more thanโ€ฆ

  • Great customer service support.
  • Very easy layout/interface, nothing hard or complicated about using exactcall
  • Just make sure there phones plugged into an outlet before starting call center agents
