I love this car. It's very easy to use. I eliminated sugar and processed foods from my diet 6 months ago. I've lost 40 pounds. This car brought "ice cream" back into my life. Just freeze bananas for a healthy frozen treat. It's so delicious you'll never want to eat unhealthy dairy again. My favorite thing to add is a few drops of organic peanut butter. YUMMY.
