    Didn't quite buy it well, had a little trouble using it.

    I did not return the goods to the store, because. it's a long process, and I needed something to sit on to do my job. Of course, I was upset when I discovered a defect and the absence of screws.

    Good product, more pros than cons.

    The seat depth is just suitable for someone of height 170, which is a definite plus. If you don't mind the disadvantage (discussed further down), it's a good value for the money. ConsI had to re-drill the holes where the backrest linked to the seat because they were off by only a centimeter.

    Not perfect quality, there is a small defect.

    I purchased a second chair at the end of July, but I just started putting it together today after using the first one for two years. The second chair did not disappoint with a full set of fasteners; instead of 4 screws for the backrest and 4 screws for the seat, they put 3 pieces each, and it is now too late to request the same fasteners from the supplier.

    I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

    That's a very cozy chair! It's been a whole month. There are no annoying noises or malfunctions, and the environment is pleasant and accommodating. After 10 months, no one has complained that anything is broken, faulty, or in need of repair.

    There are frequent slips in the lumbar support belts. Thankfully, it's not hard to correct. Wool and other tiny debris may cause irritation to the mesh. I find that it is much more comfortable than leatherette (real leather comes at a much higher price), and I think it is the best option available at this price point.
