Pet Supplies failed to deliver with this terrarium. My analysis of this product showed that the glass was thin and prone to cracks. The design was subpar as it did not provide enough ventilation for my reptile, resulting in condensation buildup. However, the product was easy to assemble.

broke 2 doors on 2 separate occasions. They fit perfectly and are exactly the same as the original doors purchased with the cage. Getting started is easy too!

Received the door and found it will not close on the tank. The area where they glue the plastic to the glass was done wrong so it's offset so the doors don't close on the tank. I contacted the seller and they did nothing. They just said to send it back, wait for a refund and buy another one. My luck, they will give me back the one I gave back, that has already happened.
