Do NOT waste your time like I did on this phone!

Horrible customer service-product is NOT compatible with main phone as advertised. Company does Not back their product and impossible to get in touch with the company. Even revain tech support tried! I had to give it one star and it doesn’t even deserve that!

Phone goes off by it self. The battery doesn’t hold in place good. Had two of these phones and they both did that same thing.

This phone works. Period.

We have metal buildings and concrete block buildings on 3 acres. This phone does what no other cordless phone has been able to do. Allow us to talk in every building on our property! It is wonderful to know, no matter where we are, we can answer the phone. As a business this is critical. The phone lines for all but one building became damaged and replacing them was too expensive so we've tried different versions of several phone systems (Panasonic and AT&T to name two) and the EnGenius…

Powerful phone: my feedback

We needed a phone to cover a 4 story, 84 room hotel. This little phone handles the entire property, including the restaurant next door, and the car repair center across the parking lot. The range is excellent. The ear piece volume is a little on the quiet side, but that is when we are trying to field calls in the pool area with 20 screaming kids. This and the base + phone are awful!

This product is awful! I've tried many of these type of phones from other makers, which mostly or just didn't work. So, when I saw this one, I was resigned to the price, but this is not the wireless multi-phone long or even short distance system you want!So many calls with no one there after one to two rings, poor sound, very little volume rang, no incoming call history, hard to read buttons (small letters, even it the manual, and no backlighting), the intercom function is one-way at a time…

I purchased this handset after the old one broke after 4 years of use. It is a great product to add to the Engenius base. Great quality and best price around!
