I usually love my pop sockets but this one sucked from the start. The glue didn't hold at first. It fell off about 30 minutes after application while holding on to the pop socket. Luckily I didn't drop my phone. And then he collapsed. The part you are holding has fallen off from the part sticking to the phone case. I'm not happy with that at all.

Item arrived damaged. I ordered this with another item and when I opened the box the popsocket was locked inside the other item and ended up in the other item's packaging! Maybe that's why the head of the pop socket kept coming loose and I had to unscrew it over and over again. The head also rotates very easily and quickly, so if I'm holding the phone sideways and my hand slips, the whole phone spins, which is annoying. The print was also faded and not as clear and bright as the photos.

I was very disappointed when I received this popsocket to find that it doesn't actually have a replacement cap as advertised! I was hoping to use the base and swap out the top for my current popsocket which no longer sticks to my phone but unfortunately that won't work! I'm trying to decide whether to go through the hassle of returning it (not even sure if I threw away the packaging before realizing it wasn't what I wanted!) or just order another Popsocket that will EXCHANGE.

I shaken up my phone case with a little vinegar before putting on the pop socket, it may have helped my idk stick but as I said it didn't come loose. My Honest Review: This is my very favorite outlet and I've looked at so many others that I didn't know which one to try. This one had the best reviews. Yes, it's turned into a pretty pink marbled pop rosette for all those ladies who love to be girly. It's not pink or a design that draws others' attention. Not sure if they have changed the adhesive or not as some reviews have been left but I have NO problems with the gluing. I glued mine to the back of one of those thick iPhone cases and it stuck incredibly well. I actually misplaced it a bit and wanted to move it and couldn't. It seems to get stuck for life!
