Cheap, poor design, better fasteners

No instructions, measures to fit 1/2" hole but too small on threads to tighten nut and secure bolt. If you over tighten they will start to slip and you will have a sloppy grip Buy a brand name and skip them.

Installation Information - Hardware

I used a Dewalt DW5234 7/16" carbide hammer drill bit and drilled three inches into the concrete wall and then tapped it with a hammer to ensure a secure fit. If you use a larger drill bit ,something you have to glue the fastener into the concrete before tightening the screw as it just rotates in the hole great product no complaints!

Worked as described

Lost due to missing instructions on the anchor. I found it with A 7/16" drill bit and reaming the hole worked a little better. If you're using a hammer to drive the anchor in, use only very light taps. I found I had to remove the anchor and drill a hole. Hole for Sleeve length plus 1/16". I had to hold the bolt with my fingers until the bolt stopped turning and the anchor engaged. Generally everything worked as intended.

They have a design flaw

Although the screws appear to be well made, there is a design flaw that makes their correct installation very difficult. It is a three-piece bolt that includes a removable eye, a threaded stud with a flared end, and then a bushing that covers the stud so the end of this bushing expands towards the surface of the hole when tightened. The problem we had with the installation is that the sleeve is too short. When the dowel is pulled into the hole, the threaded bolt protrudes further and further…
