Cheap junk, just buy regular anchors and 3/8 I hooks, these will not fit a 3/8 hole and they may be too small for a hole with a half inch. 7/16 will work, but it's really bad design

I used a Dewalt DW5234 7/16" carbide drill bit and drilled three inches into the concrete wall and then tapped it with a hammer to ensure a secure fit. If you use a larger drill bit you will need to put the fastener in glue the wall concrete before tightening the screw as it only rotates in the drill hole. great product. no complaints!

I lost my anchor due to missing instructions. I found it with A 7/16" drill bit and reaming the hole worked a little better. When using a hammer to drive the anchor, use only very light hammers. I found that I had to remove the anchor and drill a sleeve length plus 1/16" hole. I had to hold the bolt with my fingers until the bolt stopped turning and the anchor clicked. Overall everything worked as intended.

Although the screws appear to be well made, there is a design flaw that makes their correct installation very difficult. It is a three-piece bolt that includes a removable eyelet, a threaded bolt with a flared end, and then a bushing that covers the bolt so the end of this bushing expands toward the surface of the hole when tightened.
