We ordered this board because we had bought one for our son the year prior and it worked well. This one never quite worked the same as my son's did. The go kart feature never worked and it was more touchy to ride. After only a few times of using this it randomly stopped while my daughter was riding it causing her to fly off of the board onto the sidewalk. We have never been able to get it to turn back on and it will not charge any longer

Where do I start? First of all the right side of the hoverboard always dies first and quickly. Lasts maybe all of a half hours while my don rides it in the house. He’s 92lbs and doesn’t go fast. The left is always a green light. It never ever goes to yellow to warn you. Secondly, this hoverboard does not allow me to calibrate it. No matter after how many attempts. Would have given 5 stars but I had to return item because it started doing a weird loud vibrating while riding it. I thought maybe it was bc my daughter was too light to ride so I had my other daughter rode it and it started doing the same thing. The hover cart is so so much fun! The hoverboard itself is made nicely, lights are bright and speaker sounds nice loud and clear.

I bought this for my son who's been wanting one of these forever. Once we figured out how to calibrate it the board rode fine. The docs say that it should go about 8 mph and our starts beeping and complaining around 6mph. At 8mph it gets hard to ride. I'm not sure if it's pushing back or what. I ride alongside my son on my onewheel and can accurately check the speed.Other than what feels like constant beeping the unit works well and is a lot of fun. My son really loves the cart add-on as well.

I bought this for my granddaughter, and I had to buy two of them because the first one worked for a little while then eventually it just turned off even though I charged it for two days, so I bought another one and this one wont even steer correctly.

We were hoping this would be more durable and easy to use, but on day 1 my kids had already scuffed it up and struggled. It is not easy for them to assemble so I'm always having to help adjust the seat so that it is balanced and tight on the hoverboard. The instructions were lacking, literally skipping steps/omitted information. And although it comes with a flag, there is NO place to put it and no instructions indicating where it is meant to go. Bought this for my daughter she rode it for 2 weeks. The charging port came loose and would no longer work. Returned it and received a replacement of the same model. Rode it 4 weeks same problem. The port is on the back near the bottom, when she brakes the port grinds on the ground. Now it's out of Walmart return window and I am dealing with the company with a warranty return. But they have not been great either on communication. I would find a different model for anyone looking at having fun…

Kids love it! Its operatinginstructions are very sensitive! After power on, it will automatically find the balance! It's safe not to run away on your own! I tried it and it was fast! You can also spin in place! You can play for a few days on a single charge.

The hoverboard is awesome (holding up to 260lbs) and has not caught on fire yet 🤞. The cart attachment has not worked yet. I'm not sure if my kid isn't heavy enough or it just doesn't work. I will update my review if that's changes.
