8/18/20 OK, I've finally allowed these shoes to sleep in the house. After 46 days of remaining outside in as much daily sun/breeze as possible, plus one washing, they still have an odor, but it is NOTHING like it was 46 days ago. I'm returning them to a 4-star rating for a really good looking, extremely comfortable minimalist shoe , which feel just like wearing house slippers with a much better sole. If they hadn't tried to kill me with outgassing of the toxic chemicals used in their materials,

They aren't the most attractive things in the world, but I kept them. They are comfortable. The soles are pretty thin though, when I walk on rocks I can feel them. So, to give your wide width feet a rest from the usual narrow shoes; these are good. But I dont see these being great for running or hiking on trails, which is why I bought them in the first place.

I don’t have experience with this type of shoe (barefoot, minimalist) but I have been wanting to try them for some time. I had ordered another walking shoe that finally went on sale for a hundred bucks. They kept pushing the delivery date out so after 2.5 weeks I canceled the order and ultimately ordered these for less than half the sale price of the others. Wore these to my last Boundary Waters trip and they were awesome. You definitely feel the rocks more so there’s a minor downside to it but I’ll take that over the slips and falls I had the year prior in trail runners. These held up great being wet for six days and cleaned up perfectly in the wash when I got home. I’ll be using them for next year’s trip, too.

I bought these for a trip, but have been breaking them in on the treadmill. Comfortable right away. When I finally got to take them out on the trail (mixed woody, rocks, shallow mud) last weekend for 2.5 miles, I did notice that right before we finished the bottoms of my feet were feeling the rocks. But I had no soreness after - and this is my first of this type of shoe. I am looking forward to wearing them again.

i've not knowingly been into "minimalist", "barefoot", or "zero drop" shoes by those terms; I've always just preferred being barefoot or wearing shoes that were closest to it. Unwilling to pay premium prices, these Joomra shoes seemed worth a try. I wear 7-7.5 med US women's size, & these in 38 European size are good (the ordering option was 7.5-8, & i rec'd 38). Great shoes! I’ve only had them a week so it’s hard to give a review on the quality and how long they hold up, but it feels good to be able to feel the ground under my feet! Very comfortable, and light weight.

I love the wide-toe box on these shoes. If you are not use to zero drop shoes it may take some getting use to. I love the color and get lots of compliments on them.

These water shoes are so comfortable and fit just right that I wear them during the ready season while I live here in Florida or on rainy days except for in the winter time and they are so comfortable. It's up to you to wear socks with them or not but I do when it is dry and I don't feel like putting on any other shoes because they are very lightweight.
