comfort level for my opinion

I am impressed with the comfort and ease of the bed. It is so quiet when I change settings and the bed is so easy to change. I live by myself and I don't have to have help to change the bed. It was a piece of cake to set up. The support staff were wonderful to work with. I live in a rural area so special arrangements had to be made for me to get my bed. In my opinion, I think it is definitely the best investment I have ever made bed wise for me. Thank you very much iDeal Bed.

Great Price, Great Bed, Awesome Customer Service!

Bought this for my mom after she came home to live with us from the hospital. She sleeps so peacefully now and her back has stopped hurting as much. Great Price for a great Bed! SUPER Customer Service. Very polite, very helpful, we will be purchasing more from this company. Great job!

Reject quality.: my feedback

Reject quality mattress and frame. Threads hanging, every stitch loose, coming undone. Broken weld on the frame, leg bent comming off. Workmanship zero.

Stay away from this product!

This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever had with regards to Ebay products. I purchased this mattress with the bundle base frame. It was not what I expected. One side of the bed completely did not work. I requested a refund. I been waiting for a month and a 1/2 to have them pick up and return the mattress. They forced me to take it back to ups myself. This bed is a game changer!

I have to be honest and say that I didn't expect this bed to be as awesome as it described it was, but to my husband and myself, we were incredibly pleased with the bed. It is truly amazing. Worst. Save your money this bed isn't cheap but it's , " cheap ".

We have had this bed forLess than a year and it is already showing signs of advanced wear. There are indents where we sleep and no functions help this situation. Waited a month for this bed

Bed is not as comfortable as I expected for the price. It also was not as easy to assemble as they said it was. The mattress has thread sticking out in several places. The bed does adjust like advertised. Ordered this bed on August 7th and received the bed on Sept. 2. Read sellers reviews before purchasing.

Was unable to go to my local mattress store due to Covid-19 but desperately needed a new bed. Adjustable bed works great, matress is not great.

We tried to return the mattress after a few weeks and were told we had to wait till we hit 60 days. Then we missed the window on the return and have been using it for a year. The bed frame works great, but the mattress really hurts my back. Would not recommend the mattress. If you can get just the frame and find a better mattress I would go that way.
