We purchased our base and mattress directly from their website, however, they did not post my review because it is negative. I am hoping Ebay will post this though because I'd like to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. We purchased the iDeal Beds brand of adjustable base (the massage is useless-can't feel more than a slight vibration) and most luxury Cal King hybrid mattress. The most premium set they offer of their own line, and after much research on my part. I read all the reviews and they were positive and it seemed like a fair deal monetarily. Once we finally received both pieces, which is the fault of FedEx and a whole different story, of which they were of ZERO assistance solving BTW. The mattress was supposed to be Ultra Plush "like sleeping on a cloud" and it is very firm and not plush at all.I actually purchased a 3" gel memory foam pad because I just couldn't stand it anymore. I would have returned it right then but we went through sooo much hassle getting it, I was simply over it. Now, 6 months later my average size, 200lbs, husband sleeps in a ditch. His side seemed slightly saggy when we first got it, but I thought it would even out with time. He just told me about how bad it is, so we are going to try and turn it around to see if that helps. Of course, it is out of their posted return guarantee timeframe so we are stuck with a set that cost $3,000 and I could have purchased a much better product for less from pretty much anywhere.
