The item itself is fine, although the packaging that the individual item comes in (not the Amazon box) is terrible. Super thin and the item can fly around freely. Kazuya's tail was completely ripped off and the paint was peeling off in several places just from the product moving around in its single box. If you had invested a little more money in the packaging, this would never have happened.

Banjo controller holder looks really great and holds my Nintendo Switch Pro controller perfectly. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the banjo turned inside the box, causing the paint to peel off in several places. Kazuya's wings were also bent, and it took makeshift tires to set them in place. A little damage wasn't worth returning, but I was disappointed to receive a less than pristine statue. The included charging cable was a nice bonus, especially given its longer than average length.

I don't know what kind of quality control the Cable Guy figures go through, but they all seem to have a really horrible eye position. Did someone who worked at the factory object to Banjo and Kazuya for some reason? My package was badly dented and Kazuya had chipped some paint off the end of his beak. BAD EYES! HOW VERY BAD! We Banjo-Kazooie fans should be lucky to have some merchandise from our favorite franchises, BUT that doesn't mean we have to buy everything thrown at us when there's no Bear and Bird Market. This is a good product and a good price for it, but consider this before you buy it, it's not an expensive product compared to other statues of this size.
