The only downside is that it doesn't have any additional features like a data logging function. Overall, a great choice for general temperature measuring tasks.

The probe received was not straight as shown. The probe is curved, making it difficult to use as intended. I want the product to be accurately depicted.

I use this probe to measure the temperature in an electric drum fryer. There is a good indication of the temperature of the air in the brazier. My only disappointment is that it doesn't last as long as I would like due to the design of the probe inlet on the drum and the design of the probe. However, I have replaced my original version of this probe with a different one, so it clearly does what I need it to do.
