I use this to check for moisture behind drywall and under floors, around sinks and plumbing fixtures. So far this has given me accurate readings for my needs. Not being a woodworker, I couldn't tell if he was the right person for the job.

I really liked this simple, effective device until the battery charge tester/calibrator fell out of its case. This prompted me to examine it to see what went wrong. After doing this I discovered how weak it was in place. Obviously with a small drop of glue to attach the plastic pin to the lid. I have owned this device for about 2 months. This worked very well for me. I read all the reviews and the only complaint was that it didn't hold a reading once taken out of the tree. It would be nice, but it costs a lot more! I can handle this. My boyfriend is so excited about my 210 that I ordered it for him.

I purchased this counter after my 4 year old son clogged the upstairs bathroom sink by putting crayon down the drain and the water spilled out. The result was a small waterfall from the chandelier in the kitchen and general panic. With this device I was able to trace the path of the water and only open up the areas I needed to let things dry.
