What I like about this connector is that you can connect both USB and other cables without inserting the connector into USB.

These extension cords allow me to connect a 3-prong laptop and other devices to the 2-prong outlets in my old house. Hooray!

Really liked it. So many that I bought 2. But the first one stopped working about a month after using it. Now the second is coming to an end. waste of money.

I'm looking for a 2 to 3 pin outlet adapter for my old house. That's exactly what I wanted. Power Strip Extension 2 Pin to 3 Pin Polarized Adapter with 5V 3.4A USB 700J Surge Protection. It works great and I recommend it to everyone else.

I was glad and a little surprised that this device existed - the almost 100 year old house I live in has mostly ungrounded sockets so for our needs it was real necessary, so we can connect our various devices (3-pin, 2-pin or USB) through such a socket.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how long the cable was. I didn't test it before buying. I bought because of the number of extra outlets and USB charging ports. The fact that it's two prongs initially drew me in as it's intended for an old building that doesn't have many three prong sockets. Overall A++.

Unpacked I was really surprised at how good it looked. A very solid unit. The length of the cord was very important for getting to a distant outlet and powering my desk again. There is enough space between the sockets so that they are not too narrow. I would also like to see a flat fork model because I sometimes have to climb behind furniture.
