The packaging looked like it had been used and sent back. The pliers feel like recycled material, stiff and unusable. The pearls hurt the scalp and break easily. The only decent thing is a wire hook.

No direct issues with this product. Everything came as it should, I still use it. However, the beads slip off very easily. I'm not sure if they just aren't for my hair type or if it's the material of the beads, but I've had extensions that fall out the day I put them in. And I use a decent amount of hair when I use it now and hold it very tight.

Tongs have been used and are all soiled with black grease or something. Also, the hook on the hook is so small that they can't even grab enough hair. waste of money

This kit came in handy when we got into quarantine as my hair extensions grew out. I'm so glad I ordered it and using it to remove the hair extensions started bothering me. The tools are strong and will not break.

I am very satisfied with the product. Arrived on time. Some could become rich simply by making beaded tools. Obsolete where I live. Such a ridiculously simple tool is absolutely essential for this tedious task. It is not possible to substitute another tool to do the job that a real tool does. And I shopped at High & Low but everyone thought I spoke a foreign language. Thank you for that, thank you for your punctuality and thank you for the uncomplicated handling.

I bought this product and the hair pulling tool broke the handle almost immediately. Save your money and invest in something better.

A friend can now fix my hair with this kit. I use pearl extensions. Now I don't have to go to the hairdresser every 2 weeks for adjustments. The cost of the kit is less than 1 visit. I can go to my girlfriend's or she can come to me on any convenient day and time. No more assignments for this process. There's no reason these tools shouldn't last forever.

I gave two stars because all the goods arrived but the tools were dirty as in the picture and smelled awful! I don't use it on my hair, I took it out of the box just to give a review and take a picture.

Can't wait to try this extension! I love that the crimp beads are nylon on the inside to prevent damage to your natural hair. There's nothing quite like it in the beauty salon, and one hook alone costs more in-store than this entire set on Revain.com. Great offer!
