Pieces of hair extensions keep falling out

I received these extensions a few days ago and I love the look of them. They match my hair perfectly and the hair is very soft. Unfortunately, tufts of his hair fell out twice. And once it happened before I even tried them on, so that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
