Attention: the box does not match the product description

In the end I sent back the first one I ordered because the box did not match the product description and I was afraid to open it because I was afraid I couldn't return it. On the second one that arrived I opened the box and found that while the box said it was just a DVD player and didn't say anything about it being a USB-C connection, it was actually everything. It was very frustrating. Luckily, the Blu-ray works fine and has a USB-C connection, which is crucial for using it with my Macbook…

Good but inconsistent results when using!

It took a few tries for my MacBook to recognize the drive. I emailed the company asking for help but received no response. Made me suspicious. Finally figured out that the device needs to be plugged in before it turns on. Does not support hot-swapping with another USB-C device.

Region 2 Ready to use, short cables, still a good price

The cables supplied are very short. When using the drive, I plug cables into the front USB ports on my PC case (Lian Li O11 Dynamic) because I don't want to move my case and reach for it every time I want to use the drive. The cables are so short that the drive needs to face the back of the case, not enough slack to fully rotate the drive so it slides to the front of the case. No big deal, but I mean, come on.
