I ended up returning the first box I ordered because the box did not match the product description and I was afraid to open it for fear I could not to give it back. . On the second that arrived, I opened the box and found that while the box said it was just a DVD player and didn't say anything about it being a USB-C connection, it was actually everything. It was very frustrating. Luckily, the Blu-ray works fine and has a USB-C connection, which is vital to use with my Macbook. While it works well I'm only giving it 3 stars because the whole situation (which Revain handled perfectly) was really unnecessary if the packaging was right. Seems a little difficult that it doesn't match the product inside.
