Plays great. But no software

Plays DVD on Windows 10 perfectly, I was surprised no software came with it. This means you have to buy software to use it.

won't read Verbatim BD-R DL (or permanent BD-R) and there's no eject button

I bought this to replace an old BD-ROM. I couldn't get it to read my BD-R discs on multiple PCs permanently. Here is a brief description of Problem1. Doesn't read BD-R DL at all (reads BD-R unstably)2. There is no eject button. It's just weird.3. The USB cable is firmly connected to the device. If the cable goes, the device is useless. A detachable and therefore replaceable cable box is the best way.

This item is not very stable

It plays DVDs perfectly but cannot play Blu-ray discs. He doesn't even recognize 50% of the time and only played once. Do not buy this item. I sent the first one back hoping the second one would work better. Vain.

The USB-C cable is a little short but works great and is a good price

I had some data on a CD/DVD I wanted to access but like many of you most computers don't have it optical rides more. I also needed USB-C so I could use it on my Mac without an adapter. It works perfectly on my Mac and on my PC. I could play DVD films without any problems and also access my data CD/DVDs. Unlike some other models I've seen, this one also has an eject button, which is great. Overall, he did exactly what I needed to do.

Works great, very slim design

The DVD player connected to my laptop and Windows 10 without any problems. It took me a while to locate the software on the installation CD as there were no installation instructions included. A small tote bag would be a really good idea, but a Crown Royal bag would work too.
