Very happy with Bread Pans and Loaf Pans

Excellent results! I baked a sourdough appetizer that weighs 2.5kg and it turns out great. The bread was difficult to pull out, but it worked, and it's not that difficult to clean. I'm very pleased

Pros
  • Durable pans at an affordable price for professional and home bakers alike.
Cons
  • There are defects

Extremely bad design. Cooking spray or oil leaks when used in a pan.

Pot rims do not hold water or oil. We highly recommend using a parchment lined baking sheet under any bread baked on that baking sheet. You might want to seal the edges with some sort of paste. Very disappointing.

Pros
  • Important Tips - Not dishwasher safe - Butter mold before baking - Allow mold to cool for 10 minutes before attempting to remove cake.
Cons
  • Zero

I LOVE this Gluten Free Bread Pan

I bake gluten free bread and was looking for a tall and tall pan to give the loaves extra support and make them big enough to cut into sandwich sized slices (unlike the fragile gluten free bread, that you can buy in the store). . . ). The bread I baked was evenly baked with a crispy crust that was lightly browned on the outside. For me the pan is perfect. I greased the pan with oil and dusted it with flour before adding the batter and the bread came out immediately without sticking. I wouldn'tโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The molds are made through a combination of machine and handwork.
Cons
  • Almost everything is here
