This device really helps to peel the orange from the orange peel. A wonderful tool. I had one but the cat grabbed it and we never found it. Another was needed.

I loved it until the little piece that cuts through the orange peel just peels off! Couldn't believe he couldn't bear to cut the peel off an orange. The design concept is a great idea, but the product is not durable. Broke after 2 weeks of use :(

I've been using it for about 2 months now and I love it. It does its job well and makes peeling lemons, oranges and grapefruit easier. In my palm (large, male) fits well. It cut my peeling time in half and now it doesn't peel under my nails anymore. UPDATE - Still sharp and working great after over 4 months.

Honestly I was hoping for the best. I lost a cheaper and smaller instrument that I bought at an orange store in Florida. This one has a much larger and more comfortable grip hole, but it's too big for me. The part that expands to cut into the peel feels too flat and it is very difficult to peel the orange peel after you dice it. I miss my old 50 cent peeler.

I don't regret buying this cleaner as it was only about $6 but I think the good old fashioned citrus cleaner is much more effective and just as easy to use. The cutting edge of this paring knife is very small and does not cut through the core and skin completely. I also didn't really find it easier, and maybe a bit more difficult, to rotate a piece of citrus fruit in one hand while holding it with a paring knife in the other hand than a "regular" paring knife. safe and non-slip.
