This is a great replacement if you don't want to spend the extra money on a Dyson genuine replacement. Works like a champ, cleaning almost anywhere you take it. I would also recommend the orange bristle brush to cover all your needs if you don't like a fluffy brush. Your floors have never looked so good!

I have a lot of wind and fields which means a lot of dust and dirt. I've been looking for a flooring solution for a long time and this motorized brush takes it all! Quick tip, use it on low suction. I don't get paid for reviews, I'm just a busy person who never stops writing a review BUT THIS MUST SHARE. The product does not absorb carpets and tiles well. After cleaning with the EZ Nozzle, there is still sand and dirt in the grout area. The original head is more expensive but now I have to take the hassle or return it. Don't buy if you want clean floors! I tried uploading videos and then pictures and it won't load. I vacuumed the bedroom with the ez and then used my original Dyson nozzle -

Well, this wasn't the cheapest replacement brush for my V10. It had the most reviews, and that's important. Here is my. This works very well. I have 1 Maine Coon cat (meaning a wood floor house in the Southwest looks like a desert with tumbleweed "hair" :). and sucking cat tumbleweeds is amazing. I also have 2 dogs that naturally shed and 2 other short haired cats so I can vacuum daily. I've worn out my V10 engine in 3 years and didn't feel like spending more than £119 on a replacement brush…

Perfect fit for my v7 and damn cheaper. Additional remark: One star deducted for the following reasons: 1. A tuft of fur and hair keeps getting stuck in the two small wheels. I have a motor head and the mech gets stuck there too, but not as much as this one.2. I never had the original soft roller brush, I watched a video and it seems the original is quieter than this one (similar to a motor head). This replacement makes a little squeak and can be annoying at times if you have dogs barking too…

Used with Dyson v10. Despite the fact that the head is light, this seems to be a disadvantage in this case. The head doesn't sit firmly on the floor and isn't balanced by the rest of the vacuum. This makes it appear to rise and doesn't make as good contact with the floor and carpet. Otherwise it appears to be Dyson compatible and the LED lights are a nice addition.
