I don't get paid for reviews, I'm just a busy person who never stops writing a review BUT THIS MUST SHARE. The product does not absorb carpets and tiles well. After cleaning with the EZ Nozzle, there is still sand and dirt in the grout area. The original head is more expensive but now I have to take the hassle or return it. Don't buy if you want clean floors! I tried uploading videos and then pictures and it won't load. I vacuumed the bedroom with the ez and then used my original Dyson nozzle - with broken bristles and I ended up with half a cup of sand, dirt and hair.
