Appearance, delivery and customer service

They look very nice, I like them a lot, good packaging when they arrived, fast delivery, I would buy again, happy with this purchase, good customer service too, they respond quickly

One side was completely peeled off when I received it. It's VERY difficult to keep going.

they looked very nice and i was actually very excited but i noticed that they unscrewed the top and bottom on every ride (this was only one) i had to screw them back on every time i stopped, before both "covers" actually came off while driving and I took it off completely and inspected and it was pulled off completely on both ends. Not to mention that I don't recommend buying checks unless you're wasting your money and time. How do I contact someone for a refund or replacement?
