I have used many foam concentrates and this is by far one of the best. At first it created a thick froth with all the milks I've used. It has a nice sleek design that makes it a plus on the countertop. It is easy to use with hot button and cold button. What really sets this frother apart is that there are 2 different whisks instead of taking the whisk apart for heating or frothing. As you can see from my picture, the lid even has storage space. I highly recommend this blower.

We used this to make cream as part of a hot caramel macchiato. I had to press the button 3 times for the milk to froth. I used condensed milk instead of regular milk. According to the instructions, it is better with regular milk. The keep warm function heats it up quickly. The machine is not noisy and very easy to use. I got this a few days ago and my kids wanted to try it right away so I showed them how to use it and let them go. It's very easy to use, basically just one button for hot and one for cold. Comes with two mixer attachments (one for mixing, one for whipping). There are different fill lines in the carafe that you would use when stirring or frothing. This ECBASICS milk frother is great! I'm impressed how well frothed milk in such a short time (less than 2 minutes from installation to frothing and heating milk)!
