This ECBASICS milk frother is great! I'm impressed how well frothed milk in such a short time (less than 2 minutes from installation to frothing and heating milk)! Instructions say 4 ounces MAX for frothing milk, whole milk recommended. I used 4 ounces of 1% milk and the results were spectacular. Ideal temperature for immediate drinking. I added matcha powder before frothing and it saved me tons of money not having to go to Starbucks (plus I can keep track of the ingredients and keep them clean). My daughter added hot cocoa powder and she loved how thick it was! I like that the whisk and mixing tools can be safely stored in the lid (one in the lid, one in the base) so they don't get lost. This device is made of stainless steel and black plastic, making it a joy to look at. The price is reasonable and worth it! Coconut milk foams amazingly well! Tip: Don't try to froth the liquid again after it's done. It WILL overflow because the volume doubles the first time (learn from my mistake!) Things I love about this frother: QUIETQUICKHEAT or JUST FROTHEASY CLEAN (rinse with mild soap and water)
