I have 2 Great Danes and a 90 lb mix. The collars worked perfectly for 2-3 weeks and since then the remote control has stopped working properly and 2 collars have stopped working. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service regarding collars as they brag about supporting their product but have not received a single response. Don't buy these collars! They are of poor quality and the customer service there is terrible! I feel like I've been scammed and robbed!

Battery lasted a week and is still charged. Great price, safe rubber pins, won't burn your neck. This is a very durable collar. My 80 lb lab went into shock at level 15 and it was very strong. I had to lower it to 10 and now it works perfectly on obedience. Now I just need vibrations. Be very careful with shock levels, they are quite strong. The range is large. Now I just tell him to come and he comes before he strains himself so much walking. Excellent value for money and quality.

Works great! My dogs learned quickly. They fell silent so quickly that they heard the beep. They are also trained in collars as indicated in the documents they will or may be. The best purchase I've ever made! Immediate behavior change. I have a Doberman who will chase anyone, he has poor eyesight and loses all sense of obedience. Not an aggressive dog by any means she wants to say hello to everyone and play with everyone but unfortunately most people don't see past the Doberman breed and quite frankly it's probably scary to see a dog running at you and your owner . yell at her to come back but no response from the dog.
