F.R.M.S. Review

The ability for my staff (both internal and external)to document issues or incidents in an efficient manner without having to use multiple tools. I was not able to find anything i disliked about this product at time of purchase however since then as we have been using it more, there are things which could be improved upon such as making some sections easier to navigate through but other than that all good! The ability of FRMS in handling multiple incidents from different sources with ease as all inputs are integrated into one single database hence there no need for several spreadsheets or reports which saves precious time as well resources! I also like its robust feature set including geofencing features along other security parameters such has alerts etc., it integrates flawlessly across many platforms (including mobile) so not much issue at this end!! Nothing really but some minor UI issues…

The best thing about FRMS was it's ease of use as well its ability for multiple users in different locations with out having any issues or errors within their reports/documents being sent back home by email if they were not able too access them at work etc..
