🎨 Optimized for Search: Fabriano 1264 Watercolor Pad, Bright White, 18 x 24 inches Review

Based on our own experience, this paper is perfect for watercolor painting. It absorbs paint well resulting in vivid and clear colors. It has a smooth texture that makes it easy to work with, and it doesn't warp or buckle when wet. However, it can be a bit pricey compared to other options in the market.

Didn't expect quality from Arches but it's like branded watercolor paper. I bought it direct from Jerry. The painting looks fine when finished, but the paper really seems to be struggling with the watercolor. Reminds me of Hot Press, but it's not.

My usual paper is Buckingford in 11 x 15 sheets but I was looking for an inexpensive alternative that comes in a spiral notepad for quick travel sketches. I've used Fabriano paper in the past and enjoyed it, more expensive paper has been used so I decided to give this inexpensive paper a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how this 1264 paper performs.
